Cath supports business leaders and their senior teams in achieving successful organisational and personal change. She is a highly commercial, international HR consultant, experienced in leading and facilitating major business transformations with a 25 year background of Strategic HR, Corporate Education and HRD. Key projects have included:
- Working with a range of executive teams providing thought leadership around the people and organisational changes needed to deliver upon strategic business plans. This has included, ‘Point of Arrival’ organisation design, identifying the values, leadership competencies and culture needed to support the change and providing consistent, open, company-wide communication to engage all team members.
- Executive coaching to enable both organisational change and personal growth and development.
- Restructuring a blue chip Financial Services Company into a global, functionally based organisation with shared services, either centralised or outsourced, in Europe and Asia resulting in a significant reduction in costs and improved margins.
- Re-organisation of a country based, loss-making business into a Pan-European, and profitable operation with the creation of shared services, processes and aligned leadership behaviours and values.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures both global and in multiple countries across Europe.

When not working Cath can usually be found in the mountains walking or skiing or with her extensive family. She has known and worked with Andrew Greening since 1989.
